Skylar Adams
Writer - Director
I’ve worn many hats. The Marines took me on the adventure of a lifetime, and instilled in me the highest standards of discipline and professionalism. I’ve been a costumer and built sets. I’ve worked as a P.A. and lighting electrician. I’ve been a writer, stuntman, and tech advisor. As an actor, I studied different lives and experienced other points of view.
As I continue to grow as an artist, I understand that the one hat I’ve always worn is that of the filmmaker. That’s what I love to do. That’s who I am. There is power and magic in movies that allows us to step inside the shoes of people we don’t understand. I intend to use this power to tell stories that are unflinching and distinct. Stories that challenge and ask questions. That entertain. That transform. That dare disturb the universe.
